This notice is a draft. UCPlaces LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with its principal address at 303 Maple Ave W, Suite F, Vienna, VA 22180, doing business as PeopleSlip wrote it for account holders and for people who sign or submit a document.

1. Accounts. We store the account name, address, phone, user names, email addresses, password hashes, and billing identifiers so you can sign in and pay.

2. Document contents. You choose the questions. We store the answers a person submits, including files the form asks for, so you can read them. We do not sell that information.

3. Email. Notices omit the substance of a document. A handling note asks the recipient to delete a misdirected message. That note does not create a professional relationship with PeopleSlip.

4. Retention. You can keep submitted documents for 3, 5, 7, or 10 years, or choose none. Five years is the default for a new account. "None" means we do not delete on a schedule. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

5. Cookies. We use a sign-in cookie and a security cookie. We do not use a third-party ad network.

6. Contact. Account questions go through the contact form. Do not send other people's private details to support.
